Yes. Persistent account data is stored in Canada by default and traffic is encrypted in transit. We keep the current pilot narrow: no AI training on your data, and broader export or deletion requests are handled through support.

Only if you choose to bring it. VisitBrief creates a document that you print or save as PDF and bring to your appointment. The current pilot does not yet provide clinician share links.

No. VisitBrief is a communication tool that helps you organize and present information for your healthcare provider. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or provide medical advice.

VisitBrief is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees, premium tiers, or paid features. We believe everyone should have access to tools that improve healthcare communication.

If you need a broader account or data deletion request, contact us and we'll handle it manually during the pilot. The current app lets you delete saved briefs in-product, but full account deletion is not yet self-service.
